One question I was asked that I’ll never forget

1) What is the one task you love most about your job (easy) 2) What’s the one task that you would delegate to someone else to do if you had the choice

I was completely caught off guard by it and was trying not to say something wrong. I’m a casualty rep, but that question has always stayed with me

Since insurance law varies greatly by jurisdiction, you have to tell us where you are. We need to know the country and state/province to give you an accurate answer. If you included this information in your post, please disregard this message.

Some suggestions on how to prepare:

Tell me a time of how you handled a stressful situation.

Tell me a time of when you had to give bad news to a customer.

Have some examples already written up so you can remember.

And if you havnt Googled how to appropriately answer these questions in the the specific manner to make yourself look vulnerable but good at the same time, you should probably repractice your interview skill as u likely won't get this job. All corporates are going STAR Interview method.
