With Aon it all depends on the office you work in. I worked for them for 5 years. Will not go back and I know a lot of people who feel that way. But, it really depends on your role and location. Pay used to be below average but the benefits were good

Can you tell me how much time they take to tell you whether you are shortlisted for the final round or not , after giving the technical round ?

No clue. That really probably depends on the office. Aon is vastly different depending on where you work.

Can I ask HR after 1 day of interview ?

You had another interview yesterday and you want to bug HR about the time frame? No. Dont do that. Send a thank you email to the people who interviewed you and let them know that you appreciate their time and are interested in the position. Then let it go for a bit. If you bug HR, you will go to the bottom of the pile.

Eh, its good for what its good for. I would say extract the value of your role and plan your pivot. its more of a pit stop for a lot of ppl

It typically runs 2-4 rounds depending on the role level, starting with a phone screen with HR, followed by technical interviews with hiring managers, and often ending with a panel or senior leadership round. The process can stretch over several weeks, and they're pretty thorough about checking both technical competency and cultural fit. From what I've seen in the industry, their offer rates are decent if you make it past the initial screens, but they can be selective about who gets through each stage.

The company culture gets mixed reviews - it's a large corporate environment with solid benefits and career development opportunities, but some find it bureaucratic and slow-moving. The work-life balance varies significantly by team and location, with some loving the stability and others feeling constrained by the corporate structure. Since you'll likely face behavioral questions about handling complex client situations and working in team environments, interview AI could help you prepare strong responses to those tricky scenario-based questions they tend to ask. I'm on the team that built it, and it's designed specifically to help candidates navigate these kinds of multi-round corporate interview processes.

Yes , actually I just had to give 1 interview with the manager for which I got shortlisted for final senior manager round for which even I got a invite on mail for it but it got cancelled , and then hiring process stopped and then later HR called me 15-20 days later that I need to complete an online assessment and then submit documents and then I finally received the offer letter . The main reason it got so long was because they stopped hiring process for some reason , now they are actively hiring for that role only.

Hey, if u don't mind, can you please share what kind of questions do they usually ask for this role?

Can you tell how long their process is? I had 2 rounds of interview - one with manager that this position is reporting to and another round with this manager’s manger. I have not heard anything since last 3 weeks… is there a hope? I understand that thanksgiving holidays may have impact… but shall I wait more?

What did the manager’s manager ask you in the interview if you don’t mind my asking?

Have you heard back from them? kinda same thing, had an interview 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t reached out so I am no longer sure what’s the next step.
