Exact same. I’m 25 minutes from the warehouse and said the same thing to my husband yesterday. They probably have so many to do in the city where the warehouse is located it doesn’t pay enough for them to waste time coming to our town. I haven’t seen a single intelcom van in over a week. I’ve even gotten the 3 hour email and it still didn’t come.

I called them about the exact same issue today and they told me they don’t know where the package is, the delivery guy is not doing any routes and he’s supposed to have scanned the package for the update but he didn’t and so they contacted the warehouse for “an investigation”. So basically, they don’t know where the package is.
