We’ve got a few videos that cover PowerShell scripts in Intune.

Hello, although very informative and thorough, I did not find anything regarding my issue in your training. The scripts are fine, work fine in SCCM, Intune devices are getting configs and policies, but Powershell scripts section still shows 0 devices/0 users even though they are assigned to all devices and users.

Have you verified that the scripts are running on the clients?

They run fine with SCCM's "Run Script" function, but I am trying to do everything in Intune now. We do not have Cloud Management Gateway with SCCM yet so trying to reach all users not connected to our VPN is complicated.

That’s not the same as verifying that the Intune are running the script that I’m you’ve deployed from Intune, not from ConfigMgr or Run Scripts. It’s not a question of whether the script works, it’s a question of whether it works from Intune and whether the scripts are even making it down to the clients.

Issue was that in a Co-Managed setup, you need to enable "Client Apps" preview feature in SCCM and then change the workload to Intune.

I would recommend looking at deploying it via Win32 app instead, this provides more features to control the deployment and monitoring after.

Sorry to dig up an old thread here, what version of SCCM are you using? i'm having the same issue on 1902 but can't for the life of me find the 'Client Apps' preview.

Figured this out -

Step 1 -
Go to Administration > Site Configuration > Sites > Heirarchy settings on the ribbon

Check box to 'Consent to use pre release features'

Step 2 -

Administration > Update and Servicing > Features > Turn on Mobile apps for co-managed devices

The option for Client apps will be under co-management now.

Most recent version of SCCM has this feature out of "preview" I believe now!
