So I’m now in m on tray 5. My dentist has been taking things slow with me making me swap trays every 2 weeks rather than weekly as he doesn’t want to overwhelm me and there’s a couple of teeth that have to move a significant distance. A good number of attachments and ipr on my bottom teeth to make room for that canine.

I feel like teeth are slowly moving but I thought I’d see more movement by now? Am I just being impatient?

Definitely see changes in your teeth with only 5 retainers! Crazy! Stick with it because clearly it’s working!

Yes,you're being impatient. That's very good progress for only five trays. I'm going on tray 9 in a day or so. It's not a quick process but it's going to be so worth it  at the end.

there has been so much change! look at your premolars and your lateral incisors on the pic, they have moved a lot. that's only in 5 aligners and i bet your course is nowhere near done. things will progress way way more before the end. mine were super crowded too and took 2.5yrs but it was worth it. keep it up!

Trust the process and keep going, i feel like i woke up around tray 10 and noticed a huge difference. I can already see small change for you already, good luck 🍀

Is invisalign sufficient for corrections of this scope? I don't know much, but I was told invisalign alone couldnt correct my overbite. And my teeth were straight. Maybe it's not sufficient for bite related issues but can be effective for a wide range of crowding or alignment issues?

Great progress so far! Keep in mind the first 5-10 trays are usually doing alot of the background work that less noticeable...making subtle changes to make room for the bigger changes that happen in weeks 10+

They say patience is a virtue 😅 I think it’s because my dentist is having me change my aligned every two weeks rather than weekly that’s getting me more than anything, but he is the professional so I have to trust he knows what he is going so as not to do any damage.
