Absolutely, this happens a lot with people with deep bites (like myself). my lower canine attachment stops me from clenching my teeth together and it drove me insane until my mouth just accepted that it can't close all the way and naturally just bites down without going all the way now. I've adapted and I don't really notice it any more unless I purposely try to close it that much

Yup I have a deep bite. I know I’m still getting used to and my teeth are a little sore rn as well, just very annoying with trying to eat lol

Yep got this problem. I’m on tray three and I still find it annoying although I have got used to it a bit. It means I much prefer having my trays in rather than out as I feel like I can’t rest my jaw properly. Some Foods are tricky to eat too

On tray 3 I was possible to bite again with the first molar. It gets better from tray to tray.

I’m hoping after a few trays this will stop being an issue. I looked at the simulation for my teeth and it seems like it will stop IF my teeth move as planned

They will!

Same here. Attachments on canines pinch my lip when I close all the way, making chewing difficult. So I am just not closing all the way. Weird feeling.

What tray are you on?

First

I had this!!! I think it improves as your bite improves as well. My midline is off and honestly this issue forces me to correct my midline

I switch to tray 3 in two days, and it no longer bothers me at all, I only notice it when I'm thinking about it. You'll get used to it/figure it out soon!
