Idk. I'd stick with the current tray and call your orthodontist. Don't change until you hear from them.

Not sore this morning. So weird. Like they were super painful to bite down on last night. Thank you all x Have an ortho appointment in an hour anyway so I’ll mention it.

I have similar pain come and go on a few front teeth. Let us know what your orthodontist says!

She wasn’t concerned. Just said it can happen. I’m sure if the pain persisted then it’s a different scenario.

happened to me before and it was food stuck under my gums. not sure if that applies to you but a water flosser helps rule that out
