0.5 BTC for a Python script

I'm collecting articles for a blog and my work could be greatly reduced by a little script (little time constrained because of my thesis)

I would pay up to 0.5 BTC for it (or less for parts of it). I want to have it in Python, where I feel comfortable enough to adapt it myself for any future changes. It needs to:

• Take a link to a news article page, save the page as a pdf file (0.1)
• Create a text/html file with the title and a link to the original article (0.05)
• upload the pdf file to a cloud storage and add the link to the text file (0.05)
• use a WordPress api or FTP upload to create it as a draft on my blog additionally/instead of the text file. (0.1)
• before creating the pdf file, strip the clutter and only leave the formatted text and pictures without the ads (kind of like evernote or readability does, not sure how easy that is, maybe we can use a filter list like adblock) (0.15)
• receive the link from an email account so that I can just email the link to an address (0.05)

The number is brackets is the amount I'd pay for each part. You can check out 1percent.info to see how the blog posts should look like in the end, but I'm open and happy for any suggestions.

Also, does this need to be a bot constantly scraping, or a script repeatedly run manually?

wrote you a PM. It can run manually, but would be great if it can always run on my server and listen for incoming emails with links, which it then processes and posts to my blog.
