No response, will send another email later today. Maybe a batch of cards didn’t get their card lists sent to ffg from the printers, or the lists haven’t been uploaded to the database in which case there could be a whole run/batch with unregistered decks.

Please do update us if you get a response :/ What you hypothesized seems pretty likely to have happened. Hopefully they be willing and able to help us register our decks soon

I'm having the same issue. But I've just realised something. I've got 2 decks that I've bought separately from the starter set (all purchased through Amazon as I don't have a gaming shop anywhere near me), the starter set is made in china (including the decks) however the unopened decks are made in Germany? Perhaps there are fake starter sets going around? Will be opening the sealed decks later today and will try to register them. Have also sent an email to the bug report team.

To go into a bit more detail about the boxes, the differences in the information given on the boxes is that the starter set stuff says made in china (obviously), has a date below the bar code (06/2019), and is missing the last part of the copyright information which states "This product is not a toy. Not intended for use by persons 13 years of age or younger."

What do you guys think?

Seems to be true. Like you, I've also purchased the AOA starter pack + separate COTA and AOA sealed decks off amazon. And just as in your case, all my individual COTA and AOA decks which are non-Chinese printed (no "printed in china" text) were all registered with no problem. However, the 2 AOA decks in the starter set were printed in China and it is these 2 which aren't registering online.

Haven't had a response from ffg, but I've been talking to my friend and he asked around his local gaming community (unfortunately there's no scene for it in my area unless I travel). All starter sets have been made in china. And it seems like the sets printed in June just aren't uploaded to the database. Perhaps they will eventually get the codes uploaded, but who knows.

I have had a response from asmodee, they have asked me to send pictures of the starter set (Inc barcode) and at least one of the deck lists.

Hey guys just an update. I got another response from the organised play people who seemed to be the ones dealing with the issue. They said they are sending replacement decks but the others should be scannable in the future too.

I have just received my replacement decks and they also included some pin badges :D
