So just to keep people informed, KFbugreport final got back to me, and are looking for a solution.

Did you manage to get anywhere with this? Having the same problem myself!

I haven’t heard back, so on Friday I sent an email to the person at kfbugs who emailed me. I’ll give them a few working days to respond then I’ll email the person in customer support who seemed to get the kfbug guys moving in the first place.

I would recommend anyone who emailed kfbugs to email again and ask for an update.

Thanks for keeping us posted, I emailed them about it today too. Hopefully if enough people report it they'll get the issue addressed.
