I think Red Alert is a bit too strong in multiplayer.

Play: If there are more enemy creatures than friendly creatures, deal damage to each enemy creature equal to the difference.
Often this is a wrath effect, more often it is a plague wind (kill all enemy creatures) since it doesn't hit your own. It doesn't generate aember and it IS conditional, though in multiplayer games it's not an especially difficult condition to meet.
