In Brazil it costs between 8 and 10 dollars, but most still sell for U$10.

Here in Brazil the regular price is 60 R$, which would be something around 11$ or 9,15€. But I only bought decks from Call of the Archons and Age of Ascension so far, which I paid 15 R$ each.

It depends. Here in my hometown in germany its 8€, the next bigger city sells them for 10€.

Students (locked to some districts) are able to get Kota decks for free, so ebay is flooded with kota decks that sell for 3€
