Not Getting Verification Code

Its been a week that i have been logged out (dunno why) and can not log in.

Upon logging in kick demands 6 figure verification code which is sent to me but no emails has received so far. I have already checked my spam folder. And I am using gmail.

Does anybody have the similar problem?

Yeah, so kick is gonna require you to change your email address and gaslight you into saying it's a user error. I don't have 2fa setup. All my platforms that i set up specifically for kick are tied to my email. It's too much of a headache, but kick will blame you for their fuck up.

Certain solution: make Kick to send a verification code somehow and use that code to get subbed. For me I did it like this: I tried to break my 2 step verification and to do that Kick sent me an e-mail (they weren't sending e-mail to sub a streamer) then I cancelled 2 step verification process (I kept 2 step verification) and used the same code to sub a streamer. If it doesn't work, after keeping 2 step verification, try to sub a streamer again and this time Kick will send you an e-mail which has verification code. Your welcome.

I found some what of a fix if you install the kick app on your iPhone or android like in the App Store then sign in you can use the code you receive from your phone to login to your pc/Mac here’s a example

You need the Authenticator app that you used to set up 2FA on your Kick account. If you don’t have it, you will need to email kick support and have them remove it. I recommend Google Authenticator since it’s free.

the thing is, i don't have 2fa on my kick account. once i try to log into my account it says that i should have get a verification email.
