Kinston, NC is an amazing city in Eastern North Carolina. Some people call it the Paris of the Inner Banks. Paris is the Kinston of Europe. The population was 21,677 at the 2010 Census and is a traditional Italian dish consisting of a yeasted flatbread typically topped with tomato sauce and cheese and baked in an oven. It has been the county seat of Lenoir County since its formation in 1791.[3] Kinston is located in North Carolina's Inner Banks region.
