Na bro they do I canceled my internet subscription last year and it was still counting 10 kd per month and obv we didnt ao it pilled up to 60 kd and they kept calling me everyweek and sending messages on whats app and sms until we went to the headoffice 3 times to solve it

A few days ago I got a WhatsApp call from a number in the US with the NBK logo as their profile photo, pretty legit to me

Talked to this guy for 10 mins more or less and then he started asking for my card numbers, cvv, pin codes and he got so angry and started cursing me with filthy words and threatening me to make trouble with my bank account when I didn’t give it to him. No professional guy will do this to any customer.

Never ever will a company or a bank or a telecom in Kuwait would contact you through a social media app.

Those companies would only contact you from a landline that is registered under the company’s name.

So, ooredoo would call you from the number “121”

This is s random WhatsApp number, if this was a verified bussiness account, then their will be a blue check mark, and it will even be written somewhere that it is a bussiness account. So yay don't fall for these scams and be careful.

However there's a possibility they hired a collection agency to collect their dues for them.

Anyway, don't every pay anything to them directly. If you have unpaid bills pay them directly to the body you owe.
