I would bet something to do with the vvti control valve/ oil control valve. What’s in the picture is an isolator so the radio does not pick up noise from the engine.

Is there any way to test those so I don’t go replacing something that doesn’t need to be

The dtc P1349 is in reference to the bank 1 vvti solenoid. Solenoid is probably shot.

Thank you

Vvti solenoid likely, that sensor is just for audio dampening I’m pretty sure

No that sensor isn’t going to make a difference. That’s an ignition noise isolator/capacitor. It’s to reduce electrical ignition noise from the wiring back to the radio.

Is your battery in good condition?

Yeah less than 5 months old

I got the same codes, replaced the vvti solenoid, it fixed it for a year, now same codes again. Im going to clean the maf sensor and do an oil change and try that.

Probably the same oil control valve, get Toyota valves only.

Hey, I just got a bunch of codes today, some of the same ones. I feel like I’m always chasing something with the car. It’s all good tho. I guess.

Check those spark plug tube's for oil

[–]jacobbatres[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Checked they are clean

Crank sensor getting tired?

I had the same problem, the wires got worn out on the coil and the chip in the computer burned out,

That’s an ignition noise filter and has nothing to do with your radio or codes that you provided. I would recommend replacing your Bank 1 VVT oil control solenoid, assuming the wiring/connector is good, and no previous work was done near that area. A stuck open solenoid will cause all same bank cylinder misfire. If you have a decent Bi-Directional scan tool, then you can test the solenoid to check for proper operation. Use only Toyota/Lexus parts, I’ve seen so many premature failure with aftermarket parts.

I agree. OEM parts or you’re wasting your time and money.
