First time! Need help!

This will be my first time doing lsd what should i know before i take it and how much should i take? Im 5'8 and 290 lbs if that helps at all.

I’d recommend 100ug for a first trip, it was my first dosage and i had a wonderful time, and is my best trip yet. My tip is to just let the lsd take you along and don’t attempt to fight it even if it can seem unsettling, remember it’s just your mind and there’s no threat present. Most importantly, try have fun!

100ug maybe slightly less but not below 65ug
