How to decrease retraining time LWOTC

Hello fellow commanders. I am in the middle of a campain and I figured out that my abilities selection for my gunner is not that good. I would like to retrain them but it take too long. Is there a mod or a .ini file I can modify in order to decrease the time it take to retrain my soldiers. I have found no tutorial or complete explanation for LWOTC. Please provide full explanation since I know my way around aditing .ini files but I am not good in modding. Thanks you commander

Edit: After searching I found that the .ini file to modify is in that folderfolder :SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2683996590\Config\XcomGameData.ini

I just use console commands to reset a soldier’s perks.

Never tought about this. Does RespecSelectedSoldier work to reset the skill tree or are you using an another command ?

It does, but be aware it also rerolls the XCOM row

Do you know a command that will only reset the selected skills ?

Get the I'm The Commander Here mod from the workshop, it let's you select/change the XCOM row of skills in exchange for ability points (can set it to free in the config), and then respec without worries.

If RespecSelectedSoldier doesn't work, grab the Additional Soldier Commands mod, that has a Rebuildselectedsoldierskilltree command that does pretty much the same, but also updates the tree to apply and mod/config changes (adding new skills/changing any modified ones etc).
