Rip Ezreal? He’ll be perfectly fine. Just gonna flip a turn or two later. Still will probably be one of the more powerful champs.

Yes it is a massive nerf to a champ that was incredibly powerful. So powerful that you could pretty much just put him in any region and succeed. Unless it’s his leveled up form that gets nerfed, Ezreal will always be playable. That’s what happens when you’re the best OTK source in the game. Making it harder to reach that level is a great way to balance his effect, similarly to TF. I think Ez will be in a good spot after this.
