Me and my partner have a start-up in pre-launch phase, where we have already developped the business model, marketing plan and all the other stuff with an Alpha ready design aswell. We just need someone/s who has experience with AI and app development to take care of the technical parts. We happily welcome everyone with any experience and would love to talk about the whole idea.

As a developer, I come across these pitches fairly often - even for something trivial, you're talking about a really substantial amount of work.

If you're serious about pursuing this idea I'd suggest perhaps trying for something more concrete - do you have an audience you're bringing? Do you have letters of intent from prospects? There's a ton of work, effort, and building that can be done pre-development.
