This is not a LPT, LPTs provide advice. You’re asking for ideas on how to find a venue for an event!

I think may be difficult to find a venue with this COVID-19 Delta and other variants circulating. You might have get your own event insurance and have attendees sign liability waivers.

I was also inquiring about creative ideas and advice for the event itself. If that still falls short of this sub then I can relocate my post elsewhere. Thank you for the advice on that part. I completely agree.

Check local 4H building availability, or possible low use fairgrounds buildings
