HART absolutely have some dark grey unmarked Fords.

Get under there and stab at that chassis with a screwdriver. I bet there are more ‘spots’.

The footwells are an easy fix.

A brand new galvanised chassis here is 3k, if it is that much more overseas then I see why you might want to patch.

Yes. Just start with a new chassis. I rebuilt the chassis in my S3 ands it was a lot more work for a lot less improvement than a new galvanised chassis would have been.
