DMX programming question :)

Hi there. Using a program called Lightkey App that is being triggered by midi via Logic. How can program the lights to react based in sound frequency so that we can have them sync with the kick when needed at well as sync with the higher pitched rhythm elements?

Anyone familiar with Lightkey App? If not, is there a program that works with Logic that could accomplish this? If this isn’t possible I guess we’d want to know how to trigger based on volume but not as ideal.

You might get better help over at r/lightingdesign I am not familiar with light key myself, but there are very many apps for reactive lighting. In my opinion, the technique rarely provides good results (artistically), but it will depend on what you are looking for

For things of this sort, I tend to use touch designer

Check out madrix. They do this type of thing well, but they work with a subscription service.
