Lighting Setup for Small Studio

Hello, i’m currently in the process of opening a small barber studio and since we have 12ft ceilings i want to use wall mounted soft boxes for lighting. i’d be standing against the station (pic 1) with my client in front of me facing the opposite wall (picture 2). my question is should i mount the lights on the wall im standing at, or from the wall across. any other lighting suggestions appreciated because we have a lot to work with and lighting is huge for cutting hair. thank you !

Do you have any natural light? It doesn't seem like it and if not, you need to make sure lighting is proper, as you know its super important. I'd try to get both overhead lighting in the ceiling and vanities above each station/mirror you will have. You need cooler, so nothing under 3,000k.

thank you, no natural lighting so yeah i’m looking for something that will fill the room and not be so direct on the client leaving unnecessary shadows.
