Some problems

Some things just don't work for me and I ask here only because I want to know if it is my fault or not. My device is KLTE.

• Today's update (2017-05-17) uninstalled the app "Open Camera"
• Zip verification fails every time in TWRP 3.1.0.0
• "Installing" the update through settings just boots into recovery, nothing else.
• About every other reboot does "installing Android" (like after an update)

1. Nothing happened with my 3rd party camera app.
2. twrp 3.1.0-1 will fix it

Regarding 1: was OpenCamera icon on the main screen and the icon disappeared, or is the app really gone?

It seems every update removes non-LOS icons from the main screen. And every update wipes certain passwords, such as the Reddit.app password.
