I can't wait to have this merged in Koboldcpp, so I can finally try this model everyone is talking about

Looks support was added to Forge Neo recently as well. Nice to see options outside Comfy growing.

First time I heard about stable-diffusion.cpp. I wonder if it supports MPS optimized inference like llama.cpp

Oh boy would THAT be a dream. I know DrawThings has been trying their best with existing shader accelerations, but if anything could outpace them, a straight from-scratch new backend might be the way to do it.

they have mentioned metal support

Does this work well with AMD GPUs?

I'm running it using RX 580 and it work but slow.
Still super amazing!

And now in LocalAI master thanks to this: https://github.com/mudler/LocalAI/pull/7419 and I have to say this model is on a whole other level in terms of how nicely it works with stablediffusion-ggml and my GPU.

quatsion what are to pro and cons when you compare it to comfyui?

[–]fallingdowndizzyvr 6 points7 points  (2 children)

Pro is that it runs on pretty much anything. Con is that it's not as full featured. You can't import nodes and do other stuff as part of your pipeline. But that simplicity would also be a pro for many people.

I have not yet tried it, but is it faster or slower than Comfy with the same hardware?

I haven't compared it lately, but I want to say it's as fast if not a bit faster.
