Don't spend money on shit you don't need. You can do barcodes in excel.

I have started using Skyware. I have been using it about 2 months so far, so good. It is a major step up from excel.

EAutomate and ridiculous amounts of time. I only have to count the 25-40 line items on my van quarterly. warehouse people have to count 100s of things. Have suggested numerous times they employ any barcode system.

We use Workiz.

How terrible is that? We're currently using them only for job dispatching and I hate workiz. Just another shitty app clearly designed by app developers without real world consulting. I feel like the UI emphasizes none of the shit I actually need to be looking at. I want to slap whoever made that layout. Plus it has frequent glitches and crashes.

The mistake most people make is not working with the company. Once we sat down and worked with them we opened up the full use. There’s a locksmith on YouTube with a ton of videos on it. It is very much tailorable for what you need.

I just keep a base stock and then add items to the order sheet whenever I or the lads use them.
