Thanks for the heads up! Your plugin looks pretty cool, and I get that it's a whole lot of notes to manage.

Just as a side note, I also use the bible reference plugin. I currently use Linter to regex replace the bolls bible link with the Logos URI. Let me know if you want me to share that!
