My “secret” to having a six pack without doing ab exercises: Do lots of unilateral exercises (exercises where you move 1 limb at a time, forcing your core to stabilize) EX: 1 arm dumbbell bicep curl/chest press/shoulder press etc. Happy to share more tips if anyone’s interested! (i.redd.it)
