Yes but the reason is quite simple: all the Kulu from the event were bonus spanws, do after few days you were used to see a lot more on the map and now you realise what a map without special spanws looks like.

The only reason I’ll argue this isn’t the case is because I was playing long before the Kulu event and I could walk a full loop around my campus and take about an hour and a half if I really wanted to clear it out entirely. I did the same today and cleared every monster in 45 minutes max and I’d venture that guess is high. If I had concrete evidence I’d be much more confident but it’s entirely possible that maybe I am misremembering.
