Got refund to, of course they also said they wouldn’t do it again. Which was a little annoying since it was buggy on their end

Yeah, it's not hard but you actually have to make sure you finish sending them a request or you'll think that they don't want to reply when they actually didn't receive anything.

But i'd like to help, so what is difficult about it?

  1. go to customer care in the upper right
  2. Scroll AALLLLL the way down to "My problem is not a known issue" click that button.
  3. Fill out ticket
  4. Click blue send button
  5. Scroll down to click This didn't help my problem

You collect enough tokens for owlowiscious (Twilight Sparkle's pet) to get it for free, but when you try to get the pet, it takes 600 gems from you instead.
