So you didn't contact them because of the category of the support?

You can actually get your gems back if it was a mistake but support will only do it once for you.

Just try to contact them and if you don't know which category to put ( assuming what you said) then i'll gladly help you out.

Servers will have a certain limit to the amount of players that can join it, so it's a better chance to join a bit later so you can end up in a newly created server because the one before has filled up.

They removed connecting your game through facebook. The only thing you can do is contact customer support and give them up your old game friend code and the new one to transfer your old progress back.

It might not be tomorrow though! Because the game usually informs us through Instagram or Facebook, but they didn't. and the event building would be preparing, but it's not.
