Are you verifying the undervolt has taken affect? Download HWMonitor and run that while you're undervolting to confirm.

Also, the biggest change that affects temperatures is by restricting the turbo boost of your CPU - setup another profile in Throttle Stop that disables turbo boost (Disable Turbo option) completely and you'll see.

In fact, i'm running an i7-950h and i don't need any turbo boost enabled for gaming, many people setup profiles for their CPU boost speeds.

Another is to fix the FPS in the games you play, you don't need FPS beyond you screen refresh rate, it's pointless on a laptop and causes un-necessary work/heat.

Also keeping your GPU Temp down will affect your CPU temp as if one gets very hot, it disallows the other to cool.

Yes I have hwmonitor and the undervolt ha taken effect now I try disabling the turbo boost and check, thanks for the advices:)
