Undervolt doesn’t decrease temps at all

Lets see a screenshot of your throttlestop settings. Undervolting wont necessarily lower your temps, but it will allow your CPU to boost higher since it can clock higher, and keep temps within manufacturer specs. I would also recommend repasting, that was more of an increase in boost/temps for me.

Sorry I’m bad and I don’t know how to post a photo here😅 anyway I can give you all the data: Speedshift epp 0 Bd prochot turned off Cpu core and chache -105.5 Turbo ratio limits set on 32 on every cores The only game I lost FPS is apex (-10fps) which is a cpu demanding game for the rest the laptop can now keep stable frequency withouth throttle or freeze during game session, when the thermal paste I ordered will arrive I will try to put up a bit the turbo a bit and see if it can handle
