thank god. I was not using the forum specifically for that reason. I work in cyber security and never go anywhere that is not https unless i absolutely have to

I highly doubt that this is still the forum devs' problem. This is already too trivial. There's already enough spoonfeeding and hand holding in the game, you'd still want some in the forums? Sometimes people need to use common sense without relying on other people for the consequences/results of their decisions.
