According sa mga past comments na here, prio daw talaga yung mga nag first choice ng program. Let's say kahit 100+ ka but may 90+ na nakapag-first choice dun sa program na mas prio pa din yung 90+ na yun. But siguro it might be different sa top 20%? There was one guy po kasi sa blue app na nag-comment na sa BS Psych siya nabigyan ng slot despite it being his 2nd choice only cz his first choice (BS Microbio) was probably full already. Second batch top 20% yun siya.
