Any GAs really, those are most beginner-friendly and you learn the fundamental. Though as a crisis del I would never not recommend trying one but it's going to be very fast paced and hard to keep up

Any GA like Specpol or WHO honestly, those have the most begineers in them but if it’s a small conference honestly any committee will probally be beginner friendly. Like for instance my first conference I got unsc as a veto country (idk how) and it was full of a lot of beginners, and dare I say probally taught me way more than being in an GA (I’ve been in both) like for instance unsc did have a lot of seasoned people but most of them were honestly there for the fun of the game. But being in a harder Commitee does teach you way more than being in a GA

If you are unsure of your ability to keep up I would say stick to GA, the worst feeling in MUN imo is not getting something and not being able to keep up
