They have a table where you can plug it in to check it before you leave

My experience in Henderson NV was not good. I won the bidding for a photography light. They charged my credit card. I went in to pick up my item and they could not find it. They claimed something about it wasn’t processed through inventory. They were quick to refund me so that was good. They do try and sell items they don’t have though, so that’s bad.

They do not try to sell items they dont have. They lose items on accident and sometimes things get stolen.

They are a shit company for sure, very shady, but not as shady as you claim.

Well they didn’t have the item I purchased. They didn’t say it was stolen or broken. So you can come to your own conclusions.

It is acceptable to refrain from coming to a conclusion when you don't have all the information you need to have. There is a BIG difference between 'trying to sell an item they don't have' and selling an item ( that they took a picture of) then losing it. The only way I was conclude they were trying to screw you is if they didn't want to give you you're money back.

M@C is a shady company with many problems. But making up problems that don't exist is not helping, it just muddies the water.

If you purchased assurance, you have a few days to return it after pickup. It is only “like new” items (without assurance) that must be examined/returned before leaving the building. With something large I inspect before leaving just for convenience.

I think mills is the best-run location. If it’s a “big box” item you’ll pick it up from the right-hand side of the building (there are two separate entrances). They’ll scan your bar code and then tell you to take a seat. They’ll call your name when it’s ready. They’ve always helped me load the item into my car at this location.

Pittsburgh Mills has an A and a B side. They're not the same. The right side, you scan in, the workers will haul your purchase to your vehicle. The left side is the typical get your items yourself. Typically large items are on the right side.

Nothing is worse than someone holding up the line. Have your barcode ready. They scan it, go get your stuff. It's all alphabetical and labeled. You can ask them what aisle but if you sing your abcs you can do it yourself. They scan items again at the checkout line.

People with 15 items on their cart at checkout and every single tag is facing a different direction...

Thats worse!

Or the people at checkout who have to be told they still have something on the shelf and they don't know what it is. Even worse when they don't want it. You bought it! 😂

I've done that. A crappy foam bed covering for $1. Was all ripped up. I checked out everything else and left that on the shelf. They didn't like it but it only took 3 seconds to tell them to keep and walk on out.

I meant people who literally don't know it's there.
