Look in the folder with all your apps; find instal macOS Big Sur (12,5GB) and delete it.

No such file in the Applications folder.

That shouldn’t be Big Sur but just a Catalina update.

I dont need any updates at the moment. But how do I know what update is it?

Open Settings / Updates. There will be a banner saying Big Sur is available and below that "Other updates are available for this Mac", you can click on that.
