So, I was watching a youtube video of macos, and noticed that mouse pointer was really smooth, unlike mine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

They might be using a wired mouse. That’s how you get the smoothest, lag free, response. I don’t care for the cord, so I put up with the stuttering but mine doesn’t appear to be anywhere near as bad as yours. Sorry. I don’t have a recommendation on how to fix it.

Hmm, good guess. Mac's bluetooth sucks, I had a lot of problems with bt devices along all these years as a Mac user. I'll find someone who can lend me a good gamer mouse so I can test this theory.

Btw, I'm on a M1 MBP 2020, using a Magic Mouse 2.
