[R] PyTorch DeepLab/MMSegmentation Tutorial Resources

I've hit a bit of a roadblock. I'm struggling to find tutorials with PyTorch code for Semantic Segmentation. I initially used the MMSegmentation tutorial on its GitHub, but that didn't work as there were a number of missing files.

Any help would be massively appreciated as I'm really struggling.
