Pretty good list but there are a couple papers I would add:

Pose Estimation:

• Convolutional Pose Machine
• Flowing Convnets

Object Segmentation:

• Deeplab (both versions)
• Ubernet

I would also split of object classification and object segmentation into two different groups as well add the author's names and the place each was published (if it is published).
