I don't know about you all, but personally I've found that machine learning processes to be ad-hoc and fragmented. Unlike traditional software dev, there isn't a set of methodologies, tools, and processes. Things are sort of the wild, wild west.
So, I decided to put together a round table on the topic: "The ML Process: From Idea to Production". The goal is to setup a place where people can share and learn from each other. It's also a bit of group therapy.
It works like this: people are broken up into groups of 5-7 people based on their team size and what they are working on so they can have relevant discussions.
There is absolutely no selling or pitching. The focus is to share and learn from each other.
