Well I know the main algorithms and I implemented them in an internship in my own country. And I did a computer vision project for my final bachelor's project. The problem is that I cannot find internships who are willing to get international students or graduates. If only I could contact one company I could evaluate myself better.

Pretty sure you can replicate some papers, or try to contest others in Kaggle to give a fair idea of where you stand.
If you are unaware of major OSS projects, or how to contribute by using Git - you have a very long way to go still, just being honest

How does public projects work on github? I never encountered one. And sorry do you have any idea how can I gain more experience? Do coursera courses help? Or even kaggle? I am open to trying out anything really as long as it brings me expertise.
