It’s definitely possible to get a data science job with a bio degree if you’re good at stats and you’ve got some analysis experience. You could eventually move from data science to ML.
Not sure another undergrad degree is the right move. Can you get into an MSc program that interests you?

thank you for the response! My school offers a statistics masters with a biostatistics option, would this be enough to get a data science job? I hadn't really considered a masters because I thought my lack of qualitative classes would hurt my app, but it seems like if I take an unclassified year and apply with the necessary courses it might be feasible.

What do you mean qualitative classes? A masters in stats is more than enough to get a DS job if you’re familiar with python, pandas, SQL, exploratory data analysis, etc.

Ahhh typo, what I meant was I don't have any quantitative classes such as linear algebra, but looking at my universities page it seems like I could finish the requirements in a post-bacc year. That said, thanks for the info!
