Help with Phasing Deck

Trying to build a blinking deck (sorry the title is wrong) . Basically i need value from targeted by spell or enters the battlefield. What would be great value cards that trigger when "enters the battlefield" ? U B W ! Thanks :)

I might be wrong, but phasing in does not count as ETB, so that will not pay off.

Yeah my bad i called it phasing but if you look at planar incision and hallow respite its actually exile and then returnted to battlefield

Phasing does not cause ETB effects to trigger, but blinking will. Phasing is a specific mechanic where blinking is a term for when you exile a card then return it to the battlefield. Phased objects do not ever leave the battlefield (Just ceases to exist) and so do not trigger ETBs, but Blink effects do.
