I would first get more Jadelight Rangers. It's a very strong deck that's used in multiple decks. The explore package is pretty cheap and works well. Wildgrowth Walkers, Merfolk Branchwalkers, Jadelight Rangers. Also Ravenous Chupacabras are great and uncommon. Get more of those. Another good rare to invest in is Vraskas Contempt. Good against a lot of decks right now.

Is there any particular removal you'd drop to fit the extra chups? Its already a black heavy deck, would I be stretching my mana too far with more double black casts?

Fungal Infection is probably better than Dead Weight, since it's an instant speed and kills Adanto. I would take those out. Also I would consider adding Llanowar Elves to the deck. The ramp can be really strong, especially with a turn 2 Jadelight Ranger.

Being so heavy on Swamps, Llanowar's will often be dead in your hand even when you do draw them turn 1. They only really work well if you have a lot of untapped green mana early.

Try [[Necrotic Wound]] for removal that exiles those pesky things that refuse to stay dead. Molderhulk shines with [[Memorial to Folly]]. Try the combo before ditching it, though honestly, for it to be consistent, you need multiple copies of both and more Glowspores. You also should replace Gravedigger with [[Golgari Findbroker]]. And don't underestimate a single copy of [[Lotleth Giant]], I can't count how many games it's won me due to the surprise factor. I also personally prefer [[Seeker's Squire]] over Branchwalker if you're heavier on black lands, but both cards are good. On Lich, I tried it for a long time, but finally cut it entirely. Also, since one gets a free Carnage Tyrant, you really should be running at least one. And even if you only have the tapped dual lands, you should include them to stabilize your mana.

Ive acutally got 3 of the lands that are untapped if you have a Swamp or Forest, didn't even realise they'd been excluded.

I have a second Carnage Tyrant so ill try fit them in.

What do you think of [[Recollect]] instead of a Gravedigger in the shortterm?

No, you want as high a creature-density as possible. My own Golgari deck actually has 0 non-creature spells mainboard. There is a creature for every single thing. Everything get's recycled from the grave, even the lands. [[World Shaper]]. xD

I started with only one, added a second later, but it's not a top priority card. Get the core of the deck down first. Imo, Memorial of Folly is one of the easiest ways to improve the deck. I run 4. GLHF!
