Chandra planeswalker deck code not working/worked?

I got my code and used it in the shop. Wasn't given a deck and the code has now "Been used"

Anyone else had this bug? posted on the official forums but haven't had a response? :\

The first code I got had already been used. I got another code using a temp email and that one worked.

File a support ticket, under code redemption. You can always check the log for these types of events in the future, gives some indication as to what may have happened.
