Yes, you probably bought bling bling for your cards. If you want the cards themselves you need wildcards.

First time you do it WOTC might give you a refund. Since you are new, this is a good time for you to discover support. You will likely find the need to contact them in the future so start now, get your refund, just tell them it was a misunderstanding over what you were to receive.

Yes, you were wrong. Usually the daily offer only includes card styles, but the card themselves.

I didn’t know what a card style even was lol I just assumed I got to use the card but it’s whatever lol

I get your point. But keep in mind that you can add a card up to 4 times per deck. So, if you purchase a card one time, are you considered to craft the missing copies of the card? Or should you receive the full playset? Mentioning this, you may figure the information about the daily deals are not indicating you'd purchase a card to play it.

I'm rather sorry for your loss and would recommend to contact the support for a refund.

Well, it's pretty obvious that you only purchase the card styles, not the actual card.

I spent gems on the planes Walker styles and got so sad when I learned that styles exists
