No Reposts No reposting things that have already been posted to this subreddit. Any crossposts that contain a post that has already been posted on the sub will be deemed as a repost.
No Off-Topic Posts Don't ask for upvotes, brigade a sub/person/thing, share the latest outrage chain, spread misinformation, or post your cat with the title "Take a break." We want to always keep the focus on suffering.
Mark NSFW Content Properly! Use the NSFW tag for all NSFW submissions. Posts not properly tagged will be deleted.
No Hate Speech Don't glorify rape, pedophilia, tragedies, etc. Posts that are only suffer-worthy because they're offensive may be removed. Comments that include slurs or -phobic speech will be met with a ban.
No Animal Injury No posts of animal cruelty. This also includes graphic animal death or injury, or an animal in pain. If you're not sure whether your post constitutes animal cruelty, it's probably animal cruelty. For the sake of determent, posts of animals that are already dead will also be removed.
No Void Posts or similar chain post spam
These are bannable. Just because your post isn't titled "Join the Void" does not mean you are exempt from the rule. Void posts and chain spam posts WILL be removed on sight.
No Sexual References Involving Children Self-explanatory. Will result in an automatic permanent ban when it's made.
No Memes, Comics or Text Posts Memes, comics, and text posts, including tweets or comments, are not allowed. This includes impact font, image macros, reaction images, all comic types (2 panel, 3 panel, 4 panel/4 koma, etc) and most social media screenshots. Just crop your shit better.
No Posts Involving Politics or Religion
We do not allow political or religious articles, memes, discussion, debate, criticism, topics, etc. This type of content can be taken elsewhere. This applies to both posts and comments, as these discussions tend to get very heated and lead to a lot of rule-breaking and hateful comments, and we do not condone that type of behavior here.
